Madame Marissa felt that this loser was losing respect for her and she did not like it. She had to do something about it and she settled on smoking fetish to punish him. Driving a van with a lot of legroom has its perks. For example, you can lay down a slave in it to have a comfy footrest and ashtray during the drive.
